ฝาฟรอยด์ มี หลากหลาย ชนิด ครับ ต้องการทราบ ว่า ใช้กับ งานประเภทใหน ฟรอยด์ ที่เราผลิต สามารถใช้ ซีลปิดฝากันชื้นได้ กับขวด แทบทุชนิด วัสดุที่ใช้ทำขวดเป็น พลาสติก เป่าขวด ขึ้นรูป เนื้อ PET PE PP PS PVC ยกเว้น ขวด แก้ว
วิธีใช้ฝาฟรอยด์ มี 2 แบบ คือ
1 แบบ ฟรอยด์ ปั้มเป็น แผ่นแบน ( ดูวิธีใช้ตามเอกสารที่แนบมา )
2 แบบ ขึ้นรูปเป็นฝาจีบ (แบบดั่งเด
หรือ นำไปครอบบนฝาแล้วขันฝาปิดให้ แน่น จากนั้น ทำการซีลฝาด้วยความร้อน ระบบ อินดักชั่น
( เครื่องซีลรุ่นใหม่ นี้เราได้สั่งนำเข้า มาจำหน่าย ครับ )
ฝาฟรอยด์ ที่ มีการพิมพ์ สามารถ สั่งผลิตได้ แต่ต้องมีจำนวนหน่อย ให้ดีกรุณาส่งแบบ ที่ จะพิมพ์ มาให้ดูก่อน ทำราคานะครับ
ว่า แบบ ที่ ต้องการพิมพ์ และ จำนวน สี ที่ใช้พิมพ์ ว่า มี กี่ สี ขนาด ฝาฟรอยด์ ที่ ใช้ ศก ความหนา ฟรอยด์ = xx micron
ใช้กับ สินค้า ผง น้ำ มีฤทธิ์ เป็น กรด ด่าง หรือ ไม่ ค่า PH ETC.
ค่า ใช้จ่าย ในการสั่งพิมพ์ และ ขึ้นรูป ฝา
แม่พิมพ์ กราเวียร์ สำหรับ ฟรอยด์ คิด = 8000 B X จำนวนสีที่จะใช้พิมพ์
ค่า บล็อค ไดคัต ขึ้นรูป = 25,000 บาท สำหรับขึ้นแบบ สวย และ จำนวน มาก
ค่า บล็อค ไดคัต แบบ ธรรมดา ใช้กับ OTOP =4500 บาท ขึ้นได้สวยพอประมาณ และ ผลิตจำนวน ไม่มากนัก
ค่า ฟรอยด์ปิดฝา ก็ อยู่ ที่ขนาด ศก และ ความหนา สีที่ใช้พิมพ์ ETC.
(ราคาก็เริ่ม จาก 0.38 B ถึง 4 Baht ต่อ ชิ้นแล้วแต่โครงสร้างและจำนวน)
